Narcisse is a neon lavender purple creme nail polish. Our neon polishes are custom-formulated to be worn without a white base color and it’s UV reactive properties means it glows under black light. As always, our creme polishes feature a smooth, high quality formula for ease of use and long lasting wear. Neon polishes dry to a matte finish.
